RACE for No1 - Another Perfect 10 execution! As we all know, PEOPLE are our key assets ... No PEOPLE, No FOOD, No SERVICE! Recently, on 2/2 - 3/2/09, Elena and Azemah's mini markets successfully conducted a CLOC. (Crew Leader Operations Course). This training event was attended by 27 CLs from mainland, Taiping, Sg Petani and also from as far as Langkawi.
BACK to BASICS - The topics covered were basics such as Communication, Training, Service, Food Safety, MFY & VCMS, Quality Control & Sanitation, Zonal Responsibility and Teamwork.
All our CLs were supportive and contributed till end of the class. Our best success was that all students passed the FINAL EXAM with high passing marks ... the highest score being 98%.
