Well, we became students again recently at a SL2 class conducted by our very own Dominic Lopez .... learning about D1,D2,D3,D4 and S1,S2,S3,S4 (Hah! Ask your OCs if you are wondering what that is!)
Briefly, it is about diagnosing the Development Level of the employee (that's the D1,D2,D3,D4) before applying the correct Leadership Style (that's the S1,S2,S3,S4) so that we get a match made-in-heaven! (help you and help us lah)
So, having graduated in a short one-day class, we have committed to diagnosing YOU first before selecting a Leadership Style ! (hehe, I am going out to buy the stethoscopes!)
