Penang welcomed Andrew Samuel and KC Ng recently to conduct a Drive-thru roadshow for all DThru SMs and OCs at Caltex Sunway DT. It was interesting because we found out where we were in terms of TTL and also got a chance to rotate ourselves working on each DT station. (No,no,overrings did not go up lah ... got the experts on stand-by mah)Overall, we are now very clear where we need to focus on improving DT results and also aware of what the plans are moving forward.
