Is Equipment Training Day! Time to strip down the machine and identify some parts. Well, training were supported by NKR. 
It's all hands on, almost 80%. The Store Managers and some Equipment Managers were involved. They need to wash, clean and identify the machine. 
After almost 7 hours, the team were with more knowledge of how to maintain the machine. With this our customers were assured of getting Gold Standard Dessert! Triple Thick Shake & Sundaes!
