KURSUS OPERASI KETUA KREW McDONALD’S - PENANG ISLAND

Pada 23hb dan 24hb November 2009, bertempat di Bilik Latihan McDonald’s Pulau Pinang telah diadakan “Kursus Operasi Ketua Crew ” untuk semua Ketua Krew di bahagian Pulau Pinang iaitu merangkumi dari OC Hong Chin dan Eng Chew.Seramai 16 Ketua Krew telah menghadiri kursus ini.

Kursus intensif operasi ketua krew ini telah diadakan selama dua hari bermula dari jam 9.00 pagi hingga ke 5.00 petang setiap hari.Selama dua hari ini semua ketua krew di latih dan di ajar untuk lebih memahami 7 asas (7 Foundation’s), Komunikasi, Tanggungjawab Ketua Crew,Keselamatan Makanan, Penghantaran Kualiti Makananan yang tebaik kepada pelanggan dan Latihan di dalam McDonald’s.
Selepas di ajar dan di latih dengan elemen-elemen itu semua ketua krew menjalani ujian pada hari terakhir kursus ini. Dan keputusan yang boleh dibanggakan apabila keseluruhannya lulus dengan cemerlang. Ini bermakna semua ketua krew memberi perhatian yang penuh di dalam kursus ini untuk di aplikasikan di restoren-restoren mereka.Dan kesemua mereka telah gradute dengan cemerlang dalam kursus ini. Tahniah buat semua Ketua Krew!

We’re pleased thank you to Mel (OM), Hong Chin, El, and Soo Cheng & Kart for spending their time to celebrate this year party with us at Eng Chew’s Mini Market! Thank you!

Special thanks to Mel (OM) having the time also to update 2010 target and 2009 achievement on our Profit Center.

The night was filled with happening activities with Emcee “Kaki Goreng” Aziz and his partner Zaharah. The crowd was supporting with game activities and performance by store. Thanks to all performeers in giving their time for training and make the party FUN.
Thanks Mel (OM) for having the time to update 2010 Target and 2009 achievements. Our Dec 105 million target!
Happy Birthday to All Boys & Girls for November & December and also not forgetting to Eng Chew who will celebrate on 27th November 2009.

It's Party time again! This year El's MM celebrated it with a A Go Go theme!

Going back all the ways to the 60's.

It was non-stop Food, Folks and Fun! Awards, awards and more awards! Yeah, it's that time of the year, rite?!

The team took some time to prep for dance performances and it was simply enjoyable just watching them perform. We actually have some hidden talents among us!

We had the honor of Mel, Kart, Soo Cheng, Hong Chin and Eng Chew spending their precious time gracing our occasion.

Looking forward to 2010, Power of One! Strike for #1, 20+10!

If they're headed somewhere and you try to stop them, they will look for another way. They'll climb over, they'll climb under, they'll go around — regardless of the effort involved. What a neat philosophy ... to never quit looking for a way to get to where you're supposed to go!

Ants think “winter” all summer. Summer will not last forever. Ants spend their summers gathering food for the winter and building their house that will keep them safe during the cold winter.

Here's another question. How much will an ant gather during the summer to prepare for winter? All that it possibly can. Ants don't have quotas or "good enough" philosophies. They don't gather a certain amount and then head back to the hole to "hang out." If an ant can do more, it does.

Imagine what we could accomplish if we never quit and always do all that we can do!
