I have been instructed by my mum and her fellow senior citizens friends to write to you to record their appreciation for your restaurant manager, Mr. Raymond Hon, who this morning went out of his way to make sure that a table was made available on the non-smoking section of the ground floor of his Gurney Drive outlet thereby sparing these old ladies the onerous task of climbing up the stairs.
This was despite the fact that the outlet was packed with morning diners. Mr. Hon had excellent inter-personal skills in not only entertaining these senior citizens and seeing to their well being while they were there but also the ability to run a smooth operation at the same time as was observed by these old ladies, all of whom were ex-professionals.
