On 4th August 2008, Store Managers from Eng Chew’s PC and Hong Chin’s PC attended the SNAP 30 training at #218 McD Caltex Farlim.
What is the SNAP 30 ? (Actually most of us also wonders what it is!!)
S = Six
N = Neat
A = Appearance
P = Points
30 = Every 30 minutes
What are the “Six Neat Appearance Points” ?
Mirror
Urinal
Sinks
Tiles
Dispenser
Odors
So, to make it easy to remember, just remember "MUST DO" !
During the travel path (every 30 minutes) the shift manager must pay good attention to all the “Six Neat Appearance Points”. All the points must be clean and in very good condition.
All the SMs were taught again by OCs, Eng Chew and Hong Chin on the correct procedures to clean mirror, urinal, sinks, tiles, signage and not forgetting the trash bins. Believe it or not, we really enjoyed the training !
