Crew Year End Party @ #112 Langkawi

Crew Year End Party 2010 bagi McDonald's Langkawi telah diadakan di Hotel D'Baron Resort pada 8hb November. Meskipun hujun turun agak sederhana lebat pada hari tersebut ,ia tidak sekalipun mematahkan semangat krew-krew serta pengurus mengenakan pakaian yg cantik-cantik bagi memeriahkan CYEP tersebut .Acara itu telah di serikan lagi dengan kehadiran Azemah (OC) sekeluarga .Hadiah hadiah telah disampai kan kepada krew yang telah berjaya seperti "Crew Of The Month , Best Crew Of the Year , Best Dress serta pelbagai lagi .

Acara diakhiri dengan pencarian sampul surat yang bernombor bagi mendapat hadiah cabutan bertuah.

Feedback : Hello,im a regular customer and like to eat breakfast. want to share feedback to u.I always bring my son and daughter here..Recently we had a party last month over there.Services was good and the staff is freindlly and helpful.Staff Laila and Vijai was fantastic.Even tough the quee is long,but they are fast to clear the crowd.

Northern PC - Mass Hiring 24th,25th and 26th Sept 2010

What an AWESOME turnout on our 1st day! We managed to get a total of 98 candidates.

On day 2, 72 candidates and on day 3 we had 102 candidates. Grand total of 3 days makes 272 candidates.

Our ad came out a couple of days ago on 21/9 and 22/9 plus we also have 350 vertical lamp-post buntings in strategic locations in Penang island, mainland and Ipoh, banners and posters in all our stores. We also distributed 200K hiring leaflets in all the trading area near our stores.

Prior to the Mass Hiring day we managed to hire 39 crew for the whole Northern PC. Many candidates came to know of the Mass Hiring thru our Banners and Buntings and some of them saw the advertisement in the Newspaper and thru our leaflets.

This whole action plan got our PC - 311 candidates. We put thru 85% under OJE.

With this, we would like to thank all the Northern Dream Team for making this Mass Hiring a hugh Success!

Crew Meet @ McDGreenlane

On 23th August 2010, it was time for McDonald's Greenlane’s family meet again-Crew Meeting.The meeting was started on 9.30a.m. @ training room with warmest greetings from organizers Fiza & Fazlina. Then follow with company parcel meet video to communicate down company message to crews, ensure company target and promotional plan clearly pass down to crews for the BEST execution.
Besides that, 2nd Quarter crew of the month reward with medals and “SPECIAL EDITION COKE GLASS COLLECTION KIT” reward to all crews who play the big role and contribute to WON for Coke Glass competition. AWESOME!

We ended our meeting and headed to Gurney Plaza for May Peak Hours Reward with watching REPOMAN at GSC. That’s was fun, 48 of us as big as a family watched a horror movie together !

TOGETHER, WE ARE UNSTOPPABLE!
