#253 Outdoor Crew Meet

This time Pengkalan DT Ipoh Mcdonalds did an enjoyable crew outdoor meeting at the Taman Rekreasi Sultan Abdul Aziz.This place is located at the town area,15 minutes from the store.Our theme for the Outdoor is The Power Of One.The groups divide into 4 that consist Harder,Faster,Stronger and Smarter.
The meeting starts at 8.30am and finish before 12noon.All the crew and the management team meet up at the store sharp 8.30am for the briefing and continue at the agenda place.Breakfast was been served and same goes to lunch.The crew was been brief on store target,promotion,results and performances.We also did games for them on team building such as working among team members,sharing ideas,knowledge and creativity.This will help them more on teamwork and improve on their communications.Hampers and prizes given out to all the team who took part.Had a really fun activity on our awesome crew outdoor this time.Together we are Unstoppable.Thanks!!!
