#228 New Year Celebrations

SAMBUTAN TAHUN BARU 2013 DI McDONALD'S PENANG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (#228)
Tatkala kita mengucapkan selamat tinggal kepada 2012 & kami turut mangalu-alukan kedatangan 2013 dengan penuh keriangan.
Pada 1 January 2013, seperti yang disarankan pihak Syarikat kami turut mempamerkan semangat kepasukanan kami dengan menampilkan kelainan untuk menarik semangat semua pasukan kerja McDonald's Penang International Airport untuk menyambut tahun baru yang lebih mencabar ini. .
Pada hari tersebut, seluruh pasukan kerja diberi penerangan tentang Target & Program yang akan dilaksanakan disepanjang tahun 2013 seperti yang dibentangkan oleh Pihak Syarikat. Sebagai langkah untuk menaikan semanagat pasukan kami memberi kelainan kepada krew-krew yang bekerja pada hari tersebut dengan memakai topi party & menconteng muka mereka dengan kreativiti yang tersendiri. Seluruh pasukan kerja berasa amat seronok sekali disamping berusaha untuk mencapai target & sasaran Pihak Syarikat.
Seperti yang di inginkan, Restaurant kami telah berjaya mencapai Target waktu kemuncak untuk sarapan pagi dengan pencampaian sebanyak 38%. Itu adalah pencampaian yang amat membanggakan buat pasukan McDonald's Penang International Airport. Kami akan terus besemangat & berusa untuk mencapai target & sasaran yang yang diingikan pada hari-hari mendatang.
Dengan semangat yang dipamerkan secara berterusan, Kami yakin bahawa Pasukan kami akan mencapai "Plan to Win 2013". Kami mengucapkan SELAMAT TAHUN BARU kepada semua warga Northern Dream Team.

Hey there, this day was a very special day to all moms that working in our McDonalds Penang Airport. We spend some of our time to celebrate this moment with our crew especially to all the mothers that working in our lovely store. We had very touching moments by cake cutting by them and celebrate with happily. All the hard work that been put during their working comes to an answer and we did enjoy that happy moments. It marks the day that McDonald’s Penang Airport had its’ first 2012 Mothers Days celebration and was a certainly joyful day as everyone was happy. Some small appreciation will make my restaurant people will stay longer and celebrate the success in future!!! Happy Mothers Day to all of u!!!!

McDonald’s Prosperity Burger – a Malaysian seasonal favorite made by Malaysians for Malaysians! shall be making it’s annual comeback from 8th Dec – 15th Feb 2012.To top all the exciting news on Prosperity Burger, Prosperity Gives Back shall also make it’s 2nd year comeback to ensure we continue to share “PROSPERITY” with the local community.
For each Prosperity Meal sold, RM0.10 will be donated to a local charity in your community across Malaysia!

#253 Peak Celebration

Peak 2.012 January celebration #253
We started strong for the month of January with 32.47% for comp peak 2.012.Congrats to all managers and crew for your hardwork ! To celebrate with that we have organize “Pick and Win “ for all crews.What they need to do is just pick an apple (red or green) in the box and also pick an ice cream ( mix flavors) in the box and see what they get.They are very excited what whey will get and very happy with the games.So more to come and more exciting games each month if we hit 10% comp peak.What they have to do is Max the GC with Speed , Speed , Speed !

Earth Hour

On March 31, Saturday, from 8.30pm to 9.30pm (1hour), McDonald’s Malaysia along with many other organizations will pledge our support for EARTH HOUR by reducing energy at ALL our restaurants. This is part of a global eco-friendly initiative to build awareness of the importance of saving energy in the community and doing something positive for the environment.

#228 A DAY TO REMEMBER

The date 28th/March/2012 was certainly a relaxing and celebrate the hard work that been put during the Peak time.It marks the day that McDonald’s Penang Airport had its’ first 2012 Peak Winner for the amount of RM100.00 . It was a certainly joyful day as everyone forgets about the hustle bustle at store and just focus on having the food.

We also had our minute meeting conducted by our Store Manager, Vijay. Through the meeting,we being updated our store results and where we as team currently doing such as, CSO, Peak hours,GCPCH and QSC level at the store.
Again here, we from Mcdonalds Penang Airport would like to say a BIG Thank You for the company for let us enjoy the food . Speed, Speed, Speed!!!!!

#248 Ronald Story Telling

McDonald’s Sunway City DT story telling being held on 20 March 2012,6.30pm.Some activities that we conduct such as balloon sclupting,photo and autograph session with Ronald.The crowed was very AWESOME with more than 80 children with their parents very enjoy with the show.Feedback from the parents is their very interested and their children was so excited and they request to have this activities every month.
