Feedback : Hello,im a regular customer and like to eat breakfast. want to share feedback to u.I always bring my son and daughter here..Recently we had a party last month over there.Services was good and the staff is freindlly and helpful.Staff Laila and Vijai was fantastic.Even tough the quee is long,but they are fast to clear the crowd.

Northern PC - Mass Hiring 24th,25th and 26th Sept 2010

What an AWESOME turnout on our 1st day! We managed to get a total of 98 candidates.

On day 2, 72 candidates and on day 3 we had 102 candidates. Grand total of 3 days makes 272 candidates.

Our ad came out a couple of days ago on 21/9 and 22/9 plus we also have 350 vertical lamp-post buntings in strategic locations in Penang island, mainland and Ipoh, banners and posters in all our stores. We also distributed 200K hiring leaflets in all the trading area near our stores.

Prior to the Mass Hiring day we managed to hire 39 crew for the whole Northern PC. Many candidates came to know of the Mass Hiring thru our Banners and Buntings and some of them saw the advertisement in the Newspaper and thru our leaflets.

This whole action plan got our PC - 311 candidates. We put thru 85% under OJE.

With this, we would like to thank all the Northern Dream Team for making this Mass Hiring a hugh Success!

Crew Meet @ McDGreenlane

On 23th August 2010, it was time for McDonald's Greenlane’s family meet again-Crew Meeting.The meeting was started on 9.30a.m. @ training room with warmest greetings from organizers Fiza & Fazlina. Then follow with company parcel meet video to communicate down company message to crews, ensure company target and promotional plan clearly pass down to crews for the BEST execution.
Besides that, 2nd Quarter crew of the month reward with medals and “SPECIAL EDITION COKE GLASS COLLECTION KIT” reward to all crews who play the big role and contribute to WON for Coke Glass competition. AWESOME!

We ended our meeting and headed to Gurney Plaza for May Peak Hours Reward with watching REPOMAN at GSC. That’s was fun, 48 of us as big as a family watched a horror movie together !

TOGETHER, WE ARE UNSTOPPABLE!

Hari pertama.


Bertarikh 11dan 12 bulan Ogos ,mini market Hong Chin telah mengadakan CLOC class ini diadakan selama 2 hari. Bertempat di McDonalds GreenlaneTraining Room

yang bermula tepat jam 10 mlm sehingga 6 pagi.9 store yang terlibat iaitu #21 Sunrise,#25 Greenlane,#97 Bukit Jambul,#190

Tesco,#66 Midland ,#93 Desa U,#150 Prangin Mall,# 219 Caltex Farlim dan #235 Gurney Plaza , jumlah krew yang hadir adalah seramai 27 orang.Mereka dibahagikan kepada 4 kumpulan .iaitu Kumpulan Chili,Kumpulan Avatar,Kumpulan Pom Pom dan Kumpulan Doremon ,

Sebelum kelas bermula , kami mengadakan sesi "group photo" yang dikendalikan oleh Lay Yong.Suasananya sungguh meriah

Dengan riuh-rendah serta gelak ketawa ,kerana pelbagai reaksi muka di tonjolkan oleh krew ketika mengambil gambar.

Setelah selesai bergambar 27 crew yang terpilih dari 9 store diberikan "Entrance Examination "oleh Day Nee pada pukul 10.30 malam bagi menguji tahap pengetahuan setiap crew.Pada pukul 11 malam kelas bermula dengan "Delivery Brand Promise "dan "Soc Verification" yang diterangkan oleh Soo Cheng. Kami diberikan "short break" selama 15 minit bagi setiap 2 subjek, tp bagi crew yang lambat masuk ke kelas akan dikenakan denda menari didepan kelas ,ini secara tidak langsung memberikan kami semangat dan kesegaran memandangkan inilah kali pertama kelas ini diadakan di waktu malam.Kemudian pembelajaran disambung kembali pada jam 2.2 pagi oleh Raymond yang menerangkan tentang "Being A Leader " , bagaimana nak menjadi seorang ketua dalam sesuatu organisasi?.

Diikuti "Communicate Effectively” oleh Chee Beng yang menerangkan lebih terperinci kepada krew cara berkomunikasi dengan lebih berkesan.Perjalanan pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyeronokkan dengan "MAKAN TIME" yang disediakan oleh Kak Norizan . Tq Kak Izan .

Hari Kedua.




Bermula pada jam 10 mlm, sistem pembelajaran disambung kembali dengan "Recap Yesterday” dan "Training Crew" Oleh Soo Cheng dan Lay Yong. Diikuti dengan "Four Step Method" yang dikendalikan oleh Chee Beng.Pembelajaran "Four Step Method Of Training" yang paling best, krew akan dipilih secara rawak untuk melakukan demostrasi depan kelas.Sungguh melucukan kerana pelbagai cara dan reaksi yg ditonjolkan oleh krew yg terpilih ketika melakukan demostrasi .."hehehe " . Kami diberikan "short break" selama 15 minit. Pembelajaran disambung semula dengan "How To Use Training Notes" oleh Chin Yang. Ching Yang menerangkan kepada kami secara terperinci tentang penggunaan "Training Notes" dalam kelas tersebut.Pada jam 4.20 pagi ,masa yang ditunggu-tunggu telah tiba . “Final Examination” yang dikendalikan oleh Soo Cheng. "Final Examination " mengambil masa selama 30 Minit .

Kelihatan wajah-wajah keceriaan ,kepuasan dan ketakutan terpancar di wajah setiap krew.Sambil menanti keputusan

"Final Examination “, krew diberikan sedikit penerangan tentang MFY (Made For You) dan peralatan yang digunakan dalam MFY oleh Lay Yong.Seterusnya, MAKAN TIME! Yum..Yum yang di kendalikan oleh Norizan .

Setelah selesai makan , krew diarah berkumpul kembali ke training room untuk majlis graduation dan penerimaan

"SIJIL CLOC CLASS MINI MARKET HONG CHIN AND ENG CHEW" kepada semua krew yang menghadiri kelas CLOC.
